Integrated Wellness

Wellness Technologies

Alongside Ortho-Bionomy bodywork, the studio offers three complementary wellness technologies. Each is passive and low-effort — you simply sit back and let the session do the work. Here's what each one is, how a session works, and what it's generally used for.

01 · Ozone Therapy

Ozone Wellness Sauna (HOCATT)

HOCATT stands for Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology — a single-person ozone sauna cabin that combines several therapies into one session: ozone therapy delivered transdermally (through the skin), steam and infrared heat, gentle microcurrent, and light therapy.

You sit inside a fully enclosed, dome-style cabin with your head remaining outside the whole time, so breathing stays completely normal throughout and you're free to chat with Dale during the session. Warm steam and ozone circulate around the body while the cabin runs through its cycle.

What a session looks like

  • Sit inside the cabin, fully clothed or wrapped, head free outside
  • Steam, heat, and ozone circulate for the session duration
  • A full session runs around 40 minutes
  • No effort required — just sit back and relax

Generally used for

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief
  • Supporting the body's natural detoxification processes
  • May support circulation and skin tone
  • Post-exercise recovery, popular with athletes

02 · Hydrogen Inhalation

Molecular Hydrogen (Qlife Q1000)

The Qlife Q1000 is a hydrogen-generating system that produces pure molecular hydrogen gas (H2) by splitting purified water, along with hydrogen-infused water to drink. During a session you breathe the hydrogen-rich gas through a nasal cannula while seated comfortably.

Molecular hydrogen is an unusually small, highly diffusible molecule. Early laboratory research has explored it as a possible selective antioxidant — meaning it may help neutralise particularly reactive free radicals without interfering with the body's normal, beneficial oxidative processes. This is still an emerging area of research rather than an established medical treatment, so sessions are offered as general wellness support, not a therapy for any diagnosed condition.

What a session looks like

  • Seated, breathing normally through a nasal cannula
  • Often paired with a glass of hydrogen-infused water
  • Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes
  • Often booked as a calm add-on alongside bodywork

Generally used for

  • General antioxidant and recovery support
  • A restful, low-effort addition to a session
  • Building a regular self-care routine
  • Those curious about emerging wellness research

03 · PEMF Therapy

PEMF (Olylife P90+)

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. The Olylife P90+ is a full-body platform that delivers gentle, low-frequency electromagnetic pulses while you simply sit with your feet on the device, fully clothed.

The idea behind PEMF is that these pulses interact with the electrical activity naturally present in the body's own cells — every cell in the body runs on small electrical signals — and may help support circulation and the processes involved in everyday recovery. It's entirely passive: there's no massage, pressure, or manipulation involved, just sitting with the device running its programmed cycle.

What a session looks like

  • Sit fully clothed with feet on the platform
  • Device runs a programmed pulse cycle automatically
  • Sessions run around 20 minutes
  • No effort, pressure, or manipulation involved

Generally used for

  • May support healthy circulation
  • A calming, grounding sense of relaxation
  • Recovery after activity or long, tiring days
  • Regular, ongoing use as part of a wellness routine

A note on safety

These technologies are offered as complementary wellness support and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or have a serious medical condition, please let Dale know before your session so she can advise whether a particular technology is suitable for you.
